PRE-LISTING HOME INSPECTION

As Home Inspectors, it is our job to provide unbiased information to our clients.  Most often when a sale is delayed or the Seller loses money in re-negotiations, it is simply because the Buyer had information, and the Seller did not. 

Our PRE-LISTING HOME INSPECTIONS are designed especially for Sellers.  Clients may choose either the full Home Inspection package, or the condensed Home Inspection package at a reduced fee, which focuses solely on the major issues most likely to delay the sale of your home.  BOTH options include Thermal Imaging at no additional cost.

FULL PRE-LISTING HOME INSPECTION: $475.00 (taxes included)

CONDENSED PRE-LISTING HOME INSPECTION: $275.00 (taxes included)

(Average Time: 1.5 hours)
